As a Project Manager at Sol, Charlie manages and assists LEED projects in achieving their green certifications. He brings an array of management and “people” skills to his role, and he comes from a background in construction where he worked for a local general contracting team that successfully navigated multiple projects which were LEED certified. At Sol, he is proud of driving construction practices to be more eco-conscious and sustainable. Outside of work, Charlie enjoys spending time with family, friends, golfing, hiking, gardening, and rooting on every Cincinnati sports team. Charlie graduated from the University of Cincinnati with bachelor’s degrees in Communication and German Studies, and enjoys German culture as much as any Cincinnatian.
